Our Credentials
Ms. Upton has been a member of the Florida Bar for over 25 years and
has legal experience in a wide variety of presuit and civil litigation cases. She
has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in county and circuit civil cases
and has tried numerous cases to jury verdict. Her knowledge and experience
enable her to assist the parties to reach a resolution of their disputed issues.
About Flo Upton
Experience-
Ms. Upton is a full-time mediator and arbitrator and is available to assist you with virtual (ZOOM) mediations and arbitrations throughout the State of Florida!
Ms. Upton has practiced law for over 25 years. She began her legal career with Maguire & Friend, Coral Gables, FL handling plaintiff’s civil litigation.
Flo also was an Assistant City Attorney with the City of San Antonio, TX and the
City of Cape Coral, FL handling various municipal issues, including code enforcement, drafting ordinances, and Charter School matters.
From June, 2008 until September, 2019, she was a Senior Trial Attorney with the Law Offices of Robert J. Smith defending Allstate and it’s insureds in bodily injury litigation.
From September, 2019 until June, 2023, Flo was a Jr. Shareholder at Kubicki Draper, defending individuals and insurance carriers in bodily injury claims, wrongful death, and premise liability.
